Port Based Administrator (Fixed Term Contract - 12 months)
Melbourne Airport

We are seeking candidates who would like to be considered for the position of Higher Duties Port Based Administrator (PBA), to assist our existing PBA team with Pax and Ramp related administration duties for a 12-month secondment period. 

 

Key Responsibilities of the role include; but not limited to:

  • Personal Expense Claims for Staff Reimbursement
  • Data entry of hours for DHHS/DJPR recharges
  • Debit advice (dnata revenue)
  • Filing & scanning 
  • Ordering Stock - Maintaining stock levels
  • Assisting with HR documents (ie: permits) - confidentiality
  • Processing and managing ASIC Applications
  • Zambion System assistance to SDMs and Back up

Essential Criteria to be considered for this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in office /general administration
  • Previous invoicing / processing of invoices experience (desired)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound organisational skills and experience in undertaking and completing several tasks concurrently, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong computer acumen with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and think on your feet
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
  • High customer service standards that reflect in all communications with our external customers
