A day in the life The Training and Development Administrator is responsible for maintaining dnata’s National Training Document Library to ensure standardised document identification, storage and review processes are consistent with this document. The Training and Development Administrator will monitor business unit adherence to procedures and raise variance with the National Training and Development Manager. This role will also have responsibility for facilitating the use of e-learning within dnata. Key responsibilities - Monitoring training programmes to ensure they remain operationally relevant, efficient and compliant with internal and external standards
- Manage document review process in line with SOP
- Ensuring quality control of all training documents
- Developing relationships with a range of stakeholders including trainees and government departments
- Managing processes within a range of software including eLearning, SAP, VETtrak and other LMS systems
- Guiding the Training Coordinator/Manager/s through providing advice and support
- Auditing of the Learning Management System to ensure compliance of entered training information. Liaise with Port Training Coordinators & Managers when gaps are found
- Processing Recognition of Prior Learning requests in consultation with HO Training Manager
- Providing first level support for the LMS and in the use of dnata’s eLearning platform
Essential Criteria - High level of computer literacy and sound knowledge of training management systems;
- Sound understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework and knowledge of all aspects of Training & quality frameworks;
- Well-developed communication skills both written and oral and negotiation skills;
- Record of achievement in building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) or willingness to attain within an agreed period;
Desirable Criteria - Previous experience in or knowledge of airline industry principles and procedures.
