Our sister company, Cabin Services Australia is Australia’s leading provider in cabin cleaning and ancillary services in the aviation industry across Australia. We service over 50 International and Domestic airlines with more than 500 flights per day and the number one priority is to provide on time servicing at the highest possible standard.

 

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Domestic National Account Manager to join our team on a fulltime basis in Sydney. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our domestic client and act as the main point of contact and greatly understanding their needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in an operational environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives for our clients while managing the successful delivery of service agreements.

 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis to maximise satisfaction on service level agreements
  • Working with local station management teams to ensure the delivery of client SLA’s are executed across inbound/outbound flights
  • Ensure that partner accounts are serviced in accordance with KPI’s and SOP’s
  • Ensure account holders are up-to-date with accounts, payments and any changes
  • Problem solve any issues as presented
  • Contribution to choosing the best services and products to support best outcomes
  • Strategically plan and execute profitable growth by building a pipeline of new partners

To be successful in the role:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Extensive exposure in the aviation industry (3-5 years)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft office suite
  • Solid interpersonal, communication and influencing skills combined with planning and time management skills
  • Sound knowledge working towards targets, deadlines, KPI’s
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion at all times
  • Willing to travel to stations at short notice
