We are currently recruiting Flight Operations Clerks within the Perth dnata operation for Permanent Part time positions with a minimum of 20 hours a week.  dnata is proud to offer on the job training and up skilling. This allows for opportunities for career progression and professional development! 
 

A few of the key responsibilities for a Flight Operations Clerk are;

• Delivery of a customer focused Cargo operations with the following:
  o Documentation, acceptance and delivery of goods;
  o Reporting and tracing;
  o Data entry in cargo systems;
  o Billing and invoicing of terminal service fees;
  o Preparation of pre and post operational documentation, flight reports and flight files;
  o Reception duties as required.
• Ensure adherence to Australian Customs, IATA Regulations, Department of Agriculture, Department of Transport and Regional Services requirements.
• Comply with IATA handling regulations such as Dangerous Goods, live animals and perishables etc.
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment, machines and vehicles.
• To report any incidents immediately and maintain awareness and obligations involved in reporting incidents.
