We are seeking a Port Based Administrator to join our existing administration team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting Passenger and Ramp operations with a broad range of administration duties.
This is an excellent opportunity to build cross-functional experience in finance, human resources and operational support processes while working closely with leaders across the port.
What you will be doing:
Processing personal expense claims for staff reimbursement
Entering hours data for government program recharges
Preparing debit advices (dnata revenue)
Raising stock orders and maintaining stock levels
Supporting human resources documentation, including permits, with strict confidentiality
Processing and managing Aviation Security Identification Card applications
Providing workforce management system support to Service Delivery Managers, including back-up coverage
General filing and scanning
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience in office or general administration
Strong attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability
Sound organisational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
Strong computer skills, including sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Sound interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
High customer service standards reflected in all interactions with our external customers
Previous invoicing or invoice processing experience (desirable)
The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
