Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist international travelers, ensuring a seamless and memorable lounge experience.
• Serve food and beverages, maintain lounge cleanliness, and handle guest inquiries with a smile.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service in a dynamic airport environment.
• Promote and maintain a positive company image (including grooming, behaviours and service)
• Comply with dnata Standard Operating Procedures and Policies

Essential Criteria:

• Ability to work a rotating roster, with 24/7 availability 
• Must have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
• Must have a Food Handling certification or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
• Previous experience in a hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 22kg and stand for extended periods.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
